Brandy Greenwell is an experienced real estate agent serving the rural Washington, DC, market and is based out of Middleburg, Virginia. She focuses on the individual needs of those looking to call the heritage region of Virginia home. As a local equestrian, Brandy has a deep appreciation and love for the spectrum of properties this region has to offer and masterfully navigates transactions of any scope for optimum results. She has professionally been a part of the Middleburg, VA community for over 30 years, during wherein Brandy has collected numerous loyal clients turned friends.
 
When she’s not selling properties, you'll find Brandy on her Middleburg, Virginia, family compound with her beautiful twin children, barn full of homebred Irish Draught Horses, playful octogenarian parents, and rescue Corgi, Duncan. A longtime supporter of local fox hunting and equestrian activities, Brandy has a special appreciation for the local landscape, having seen much of it from horseback. Brandy is a keen clay shooter, non-profit board member, creative writer with a witty blog called "Sincerely, Me", and passionate volunteer. This relevancy in many corners of the community is testimony to her ability to connect and relate to many different types of clients, while offering her signature customer service.
 
In 2025, after 10+ years on a team or 2 specializing in Horse Farms and Country Homes, Brandy has branched off as a solo agent in the same footprint. Brandy launches her solo career with elevated thinking, creativity, and the continued work ethic that sets her apart.
